Because there are so many different kinds of crafting (and it's hard to choose which one is my fav), I love to combine them. This time, the new greeting cards combine card making with crocheting. A delicate crocheted Irish rose is the centerpiece for these new note cards. It seems to fit with many different colors and papers. Gently dotted ribbons complete the look. Wouldn't someone treasure receiving one on these with a hand written message?
What a thrill to see your beautiful work Pat! Congratulation on your marriage and new life in Kohler. WE camped at KA with our kids in Aug and it is a lovely area, although this time we stayed at the Lake and didn't visit around the area. I'm bookmarking your webpage!! cm
So glad you could pop in! Please enjoy the pictures and stories about family, friends, and crafting...the three great joys of my life! Please feel free to click on to my etsy website below to view items in my etsy shop!
My husband, David, and I live in delightful Kohler, Wisconsin, about 50 miles north of Milwaukee, a garden community which is home to the Kohler Plant, The American Club, and Blackwolf Run Golfcourse.
David is retired from the business world and loves to golf, read, garden, and watch sports. He has two grown sons, Jeffrey in Oconomowoc and Steven in California. I am a retired Spanish , English and Theater teacher with two grown daughters....Mary a CPA in the Madison area, and Becky a Reading Specialist in Massachusetts.
My passion is crafting, especially pine needle baskets, crocheting, and making greeting cards. I also love doing things with my family and friends, especially my mah jongg/Red Hat group.

Great idea Patti...love 'em!
I think they are exquisite! The crochet adds such nice textural detail! I think anyone would be thrilled to receive a greeting card like that!
they're beautiful! Something that the receiver will want to hang up, or put under glass! {:-D
